This permit allows entry to Pedro Bay Corporation lands, restrictions apply.

**Access does not include the land surrounding Iliamna River or Chekok Creek. This permit does not authorize fishing with a commercially guided outfitter on our lands, outfitters are encouraged to seek a permit with Pedro Bay Corporation.

Only two entities have group access to PBC land, if you are with these groups, you won’t need a permit.

2. University of Washington, Fisheries Research Institute.

The land use permit is valid for one year January 1 - December 31 

By purchasing this Individual Land Use Permit you agree to the following:

1. No permit is transferable and may not be transferred, rented, leased, assigned, or in any way encumbered

2. No interest in PBC land is conveyed or established, this permit may be revoked at any time with or without cause.

3. PBC will not be liable and will be indemnified and held harmless for any injuries or damages sustained as a result of the use under this permit.

4. Fires will be contained

5. Licensee is responsible for clean up at sites visited on PBC land. The site should be returned to it’s original state.

6. Licensee shall not disturb any archaeological or anthropological site and shall report any sites discovered to PBC. Licensee shall leave the site and any artifacts undisturbed.

7. No clear cutting allowed

8. Use of firearms will be limited to that for necessary protection, no target practice permitted.

9. No monuments or markers will be removed

10. Use under this permit shall not interfere with subsistence fishing, berry picking or other subsistence activities.

11. Licensee will be respectful of our village, our people, and traditions. Any illegal activity or bad behavior will be grounds for revocation of this permit.

Licensee releases and discharges, and by these presents, release and acquit and forever discharge licensor and its successors in interest and assigns of and from all actions, causes of action, suits, controversies, damages, costs, loss of use, loss of services, injury or death, expenses, loss earnings incurred, or to be incurred, compensation, consequential damages, pre‐judgment interest, post settlement or judgment interest, attorney fees, litigation costs, and demands of every kind or nature whatsoever on account of, or in any way growing out of licensee’s entry onto the land licensed herein.

Licensee stipulates that he/she intends that this release to discharge licensor from any liability, disability or damage, caused, enhanced, aggravated, or contributed to by reason of licensee’s performance under this agreement, the activities of the licensee’s guests or invitees. The release herein granted covers all damages, costs, as above specified, whether such damages are subsequently discovered or of a different kind or degree than now alleged, known, anticipated, or expected. Licensee further represents that licensee is not, in agreeing to this release, at a bargaining disadvantage, nor was this agreement secured in haste, licensee having had the opportunity to obtain the assistant of counsel prior to execution hereof.
