Shareholder Rights
PBC Shareholders have the right to vote in elections for the Board of Directors and to receive dividends or other distributions from PBC. If you are a non-native shareholder by inheritance, your shares are non-voting shares.
Board of Directors - New Appointments (New 12/11)
The 4th Quarter Meeting of the Board of Directors was held on December 3rd, 2011 in Anchorage Alaska. At this duly conveniened meeting, Carl Jensen was elected to the Board of Directors to fill a position that was previously vacant. Current Board Member, Karla Jensen was elected Vice President.
